All submitted data is stored securely in enterprise AWS infrastructure (Amazon DynamoDB) with data encryption at rest. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or marketing agencies.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to request access to, modification of, or complete deletion of your project inquiry data at any time ("Right to be Forgotten"). Inquiry data is automatically retained for up to 1 year unless deletion is requested by emailing support@smithbuilt.site.
